====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2025 Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Uday Pratap Singh, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 218 of 2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 64, 89, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the fact that informant has admitted that she was in relationship with the petitioner, who is in C.R.P.F., I find that the matter can be resolved outside the Court by way of mediation.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21541 of 2025(3) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 learned District Court on 25.09.2025. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case.

5. Learned District Court is directed to take necessary action to refer the matter before the learned mediator of the District Mediation Center.

6. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of six months.

7. In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to appear on 25.09.2025 before the learned District Court, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall automatically lose its force.

8. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
