No. 11985 of 2019 to the extent of correction in the cause title with regard to father's name of the petitioner since it has been recorded as 'Jhapsi Sah' in place of 'Jhapsi Sah @ Ashok Sah' and the name of Police Station has been recorded as 'Darbhanga' in place of 'Jale'.

In the circumstances, let the father's name of the petitioner be read as 'Jhapsi Sah @ Ashok Sah' in place of 'Jhapsi Sah' and name of the P.S. be read as 'Jale' in place of 'Darbhanga'. The period of surrender is also extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection
