The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 50434 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation as also the fact that there is history of litigation between the parties and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners above named , in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be
