This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report was lodged on the recovery of dead body. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused, Vikas Kumar, which is evident from the impugned order of the lower Court. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner to attribute the allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S.
