The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.188 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioners are agnates of the informant and in a free fight some injuries were caused to the members of both sides for which a case and counter case was registered as also that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70374 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.188 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
