Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant has only expressed her suspicion against the petitioner and other accused. The informant claimed that having got a call on her mobile deceased left her home and subsequently, her dead body was recovered near a pond. In course of investigation, it came to light that last call to deceased had been made through the mobile of the petitioner, who happens to be co-

It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 12.07.2016 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-12, Vaishalil at Hajipur in connection with Baligaon P.S.
