2. Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner, under instruction, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a view to raise the grievance/dispute before the appropriate authority in view of Clause 8 of the terms of the agreement entered into between the parties on 29.04.2025.
3. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
4. It is further submitted by the learned Senior Advocate that representation/application will be submitted before the Regional Additional Director, Health Department, Government of Bihar within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order.
5. If the concerned respondent authority receives such application/representation/grievance of the petitioner, the said authority, i.e., the Regional Additional Director, Health Department, Government of Bihar shall decide the said application/representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the same, in accordance with law and shall scrutinize the grievance/dispute as per Clause 8 of the terms of the agreement.
6. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid observation.

7. It is clarified that we have not examined the case of the petitioner on merits.
