JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-02-2023 Mr. Jitendra Pandey, learned counsel for the appellants submits that despite his best efforts, the appellants are not showing any interest in pursuing this first appeal by giving appropriate instruction. In that view of the matter, he would withdraw himself from this case. The office has pointed out that in view of the order dated 04.01.2023, the lower court records has been called for from learned Sub-Judge-IV, Danapur but the same has not been received as yet. It appears on perusal of the order dated 04.01.2023 that even the memo of appeal of this case is not available. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he would not be in a position to take any step for reconstruction of the records because his clients are not responding.
