JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Kesariya P.S. Case No. 01/2014 instituted under sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a case and counter-case. The parties are neighbours, and in respect of construction of a house, the incident took place. Referring to the order of the learned Sessions Judge, he has pointed out that the parties have since compromised the matter and settled the dispute amongst themselves.
Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41345 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Kesariya P.S.Case No. 01/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
