Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 394 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner appears to have surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused Bhukhalu Paswan which is evident from perusal of the impugned order and except the aforesaid confessional statement of co- accused as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.5.2016 but it appears that up till now he has not been put on test identification parade. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate,
