The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 323 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties are injured, which is evident from the injury report at Annexure '3'.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be
