Petitioner is an accused in connection with Shastri Nagar, P.S. Case No. 183 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-1st, cum Special Judge, POCSO, Patna .

Petitioner, became stigma on account of his sinful act whereunder, he crossed all kinds of humanity by way of penetrating his finger in the vagina of 4 year girl which the parents came to know after disclosure made by the girl, who just thereafter identified the petitioner when approached, and in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. As such prayer is rejected.
