Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 09.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2752/ 2021 The trial court reveals that till date not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
