2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naugachiya P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The alleged victim lady is a married 25 years old lady. From the reading of the FIR it appears to be a case of consensual sex.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26954 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-I, Naugachiya/concerned Court below in connection with Naugachiya P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024.
