The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they were candidates for appointment of teachers on the basis of false certificate.

Submission of the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and similarly situated other coaccused have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a co-

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/successor court in connection with Shankarpur P.S. case no. 04 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
