2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)/26 of the Arms Act and Sections 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27 of the NDPS Act.

3. The present is the case of misuse of bail. Petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2023.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charges have been framed in the case.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Case No. 691 of 2019 subject to condition that:- 6(i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
