Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant alleged that some unknown person looted Rs. 1,83,000/- from the dickey of his motorcycle, when it was parked near the mobile shop.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. He is not named in F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He has not been put on Test Identification Parade. He is in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68723 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 custody since 24.05.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018.
