Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "I. Quashing the decision of the insurance Company contained in letter dated 10.10.2019(Annexure5), issued by the respondent numbers 4 and 5 and granting only Rs. 6,12,000/- towards claim of the petitioner on total loss basis under policy number 333101/31/2018/8812; II. Commanding the respondents to pay the petitioner total value of the insured vehicle amounting to Rs. 8,45,000/- under the aforesaid policy and interest on

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate/competent forum for redressal of his grievances as permissible in law.
