The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant by means of iron rod.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the injury report vide Annexure-2, it appears that there is lacerated wound on occipital aspect of head for which the opinion is reserved. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IX, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
