2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No.440 of 2023 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 302, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against nine named accused persons including the petitioner with allegation that they have assaulted the informant's side with lathi due to which one person, namely, Ramashish Ray died on spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner was ploughing his field and when the informant's side stopped the petitioner, the occurrence took

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2024 having clean antecedent.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has played active role in the commission of murder.
7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected, but liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail 6 months after framing of charge.
