Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patahi P. S. Case No. 34 of 2014 (G.R. No. 537 of 2014)registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he and co-accused persons caught, knocked down and with an intention to kill the brother of the informant repeatedly gave knife blow, resulting he fell down and after seeing him dead, they fled away.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49826 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 Submission is of false implication, and there is no specific allegation that who assaulted with dagger blow. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he deserves sympathetic consideration to which the learned A.P.P. opposes. From perusal of the impugned order, it reveals that the brother of the informant has sustained nine incised wounds on his person, out of which two injuries are dangerous to life and as such, considering the allegation this Court is not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and accordingly such prayer stands rejected.
