JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25-03-2016 in a case registered against unknown persons for the offences punishable under Section-395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner figured in this case in course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, charge sheet against the petitioner has already been submitted and, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37745 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 238 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist, Araria.
