Petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.535 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2018 having clean antecedents. In the written report, it is alleged that two persons riding on a motorcycle speeded his motorcycle on seeing the police party. The police apprehended those persons and recovered the motorcycle. They could not produce any paper with regard to motorcycle.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that no case has been lodged by anybody about theft of aforesaid motorcycle.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69067 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.535 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
