Patna High Court CWJC No.6990 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 levity and we discern from the scanty and sketchy allegations made, a very lackadaisical attitude. We were of the opinion that the petition is misconceived and the matter has to be dismissed with exemplary costs.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, sought for withdrawal of the writ petition, in which circumstance, we permit withdrawal of the writ petition.

3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a severe warning to the petitioner.
