2. In the instant petition, petitioner has sought for following reliefs:

"1. That the petitioner in the present writ application prays for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondents for the following reliefs:- I. For direction upon the respondent authorities of Minority Welfare Department, Bihar, Patna to consider and grant the petitioner 2nd MACP w.e.f. 30.05.2015 on completion of 20 years of services with all

II. For direction to the respondent authorities to revise, re-fix and pay the entire pensionary benefits pursuant to grant of 2nd MACP.

III. For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to."

3. Short question for consideration in the present petition is whether petitioner is entitled to 2nd MACP w.e.f. 30.05.3015 on completion of 20 years of services or not? In this regard petitioner has submitted representation on 22.05.2020 and it is pending consideration before the concerned respondent.

4. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide as to whether petitioner is entitled to 2nd MACP w.e.f. 30.05.2015 on completion of 20 years of services or not. If petitioner is entitled, necessary order shall be passed along with monetary benefits. If petitioner is not entitled, in that event, detailed speaking order shall be passed as to why he is not entitled to 2nd MACP on completion of 20 years of services. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
