The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 427, 307, 447, 147, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the Doctor has found injuries to be superfluous in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the there is delay in lodging the F.I.R., let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Samastipur, in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S.
