2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 778 of 2023 registered under Sections 420, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner is the owner of the tractor in which illegally sand was loaded.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has already deposited the awarded fine of Rs. 46,300/-, in support thereof, a supplementary affidavit has been filed.

5. Having considered the fact that petitioner has already deposited the awarded fine, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the
