2. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 06.10.2021 in connection with S.Tr.No.97 of 2022 arising out of Bhargama P.S. Case No.162 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 05.10.2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 452,341,323,324,307,504,506,34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and she has falsely been implicated in the present case.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected vide order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27581 of 2023(4) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 No.69929 of 2021 and order dated 21.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.45164 of 2022.

5. Vide order dated 26.04.2023, a report was called for with regard to the present status of the trial. Report dated 11.07.2023 of the learned Trial Court reveals that all the chargesheet witnesses have been examined except the I.O.

6. In view of the report of the learned Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with S.Tr.No.97 of 2022 arising out of Bhargama P.S. Case No.162 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Araria.

7. Prayer is refused.

8. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Nitesh/- U T
