Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 379/34 of the of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned counsel submits that the vehicle involved in the illegal mining of sand bearing registration of Uttar Pradesh whereas petitioner is a local person. He submits that he has absolutely no concern either in transportation of the sand or in the mining of sand.

No.68434 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and disowned that he is the owner of the vehicle used in the transpiration, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XII, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
