The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.07 of 2010 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that co-accused Amar Nath Thakur and Shashi Bhushan Jha have already been granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 19.03.2014 and 13.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.51094 of 2013 and 37358 of 2014 respectively, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68842 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.07 of 2010 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
