JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 Perused the report sent by the learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions, Naugachia dated 24.07.2019 wherein it has been stated that all the prosecution witnesses mentioned in the charge sheet have been examined and cross-examined and the evidence of the prosecution has been closed on 28.06.2019, whereafter, the statement under Section 313 Cr. P.C. has been recorded and the case is fixed for defence evidence. It is further stated that the trial would take about one month to complete.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present bail petition. Accordingly, the same stands disposed of as not pressed.
