====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 352, 351(2), 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, on 08.09.2025 at about 10 P.M., while informant was returning to home with his friend, in the meantime, the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and his friend with knife and lathi due to which they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits

He next submits that the injury report does not corroborate with the allegation as made in the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the bail application.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar), in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 588 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
