Malti Devi v. The State Of Bihar And ORS
Patna High Court CWJC No.11699 of 1999 (4) dt.01-04-2015
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA
Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.11699 of 1999 ====================================================== Malti Devi .... .... Petitioner/s
Versus
The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE SHRI JUSTICE DHARNIDHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 None appears on behalf of the petitioner on repeated calls.
The submission of the counsel for the State is that the petition itself has become infructuous on account of elapse of time because the termination order in respect of the petitioner, an Angan Bari Sevika, was passed as back as in 1991. Without going into the merits of the petition and considering non-appearance of the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed in non-prosecution.
