1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

On query of the Court with regard to the stage of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best endeavours, he could not seek instructions though a compromise petition is on record and thus submits that it may be a possibility that the case by now must have been over.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
