Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act, registered in connection with Harsidhi P.S.Case No.526 of 2020.

As per allegation, the marriage of the deceased Sabita Devi was solemnized with co-accused Rajesh Yadav. The accused persons subjected her to atrocities for non-fulfilment of dowry demand of a motor-cycle, golden chain and cash. Lastly, she was done to death for non-fulfilment of dowry demand. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30732 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 that the deceased died due to old ailment and in post mortem report it has come that she died due to heart failure. He has submitted further that when the informant perceived the real fact, she filed the compromise petition, xerox copy whereof has been annexed with this petition. He has also submitted that the petitioners are mother-in-law and Devar of the deceased. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Mothihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S.Case No.

526 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
