The parties have agreed to settle the dispute amicably. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has taken instruction from his client to make submission that his client will not go for appeal in the aforesaid matter in future, if he is paid Rs.40,000/- as ex gratia.

A statement has been made on behalf of the Management at the Bar that money will be paid to the petitioner within 15 days from today by the Management.
