The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.03.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14739 of 2013 for extending the period of provisional bail, whereby the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail with a direction to the learned court below to conduct enquiry with regard to factum of marriage between the petitioner and opposite party no. 2. The provisional bail was to be confirmed by learned court below subject to the result of enquiry. The enquiry has still not concluded.

In the circumstances, the provisional bail of the petitioner is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed off.
