2. The petitioner, who is a block teacher has approached this Court for payment of arrears of salary from the date of joining i.e., 27.09.2023 to till date.

3. Since, the petitioner is a Block teacher, he has an alternative remedy to approach the District Appellate Authority with regard to the grievances related to the service conditions of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5208 of 2025 dt.02-04-2025 2/2 the petitioner as Block Teacher as provided under the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020.

4. In that view of the matter, this writ petition shall stand disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
