ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 8/ 08-07-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.
Considering the merits of the case, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 18.04.2014 in connection with T.R. No.2639 of 2012 arising out of Complaint Case No.489 of 2011 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran, is hereby confirmed on depositing entire arrears by the Petitioner @`750/- per month within six weeks from today if he has not done so already.
From henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23554 of 2013 (8) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 `One thousand per month and in case he fails to do so for two months, his bail bond shall stand cancelled.
The application stands disposed off.
