Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with By-Pass P.S. Case No. 284 of 2018 for the offence under sections 457/380/41 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

He further submits that petitioner's name surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Learned counsel submits that due to previous altercation between the petitioner and Pradeep Kumar, the petitioner's name was disclosed by Pradeep Kumar in the instant case.

Rashmi Prasad, the learned SubJudge-IV cum A.C.J.M., Patna City, in connection with By Pass P.S. Case No. 284 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
