The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 255/2020, registered for the offences under Sections 20, 22, 23, and 24 of the N.D.P.S., Act. The petitioner is owner of the vehicle from which Ganja was recovered. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
