JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-03-2015 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the State is present.
This matter relates to conversion of Bibhutipur Anchal Matsyajivi Sahyog Samiti Ltd. into Bibhutipur Anchal Matsyajivi Swalambi Sahyog Samit in annual general meeting dated 26.4.1999.
Claim has been that the said Samiti has wrongly been
Patna High Court CWJC No.8362 of 1999 dt.12-03-2015 converted as self supporting co-operative society. Out of 800 members 600 members of old society wants to continue in the old society and only 200 members are in favour of the conversion.
It is a very old matter. This Court feels that in the society there must have been election for more than one during the period of pendencny of this writ petition.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
