Ms. Devika Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had filed a bail application earlier vide Cr. Misc. No. 27849/2021 and has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 22.10.2021. She further submits that under wrong instruction of Pairvikar, second bail application has been filed by her and after coming to know the fact that petitioner has already moved earlier for bail, she does not want to press the present application for bail. Accordingly, she seeks permission to withdraw the present application for regular bail.

Permission is accorded.
