Mr.Satya Nand Shukla, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a young boy of 23 years of age having clean antecedent and the informant alleges that when he was going to Panchayat Bhawan, he was intercepted by the accused persons, including the petitioner, and on orders of Dilip Mishra, it is alleged that the petitioner assaulted him by farsa causing injury on the head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on

No.22391 of 2022(2) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 account of political dispute as the mother of petitioner was a candidate for Mukhiya in the Panchayat Elections 2021 and thus to bring disrepute, the present F.I.R. was instituted, it is next submitted that even the injury is simple in nature as has been opined by the doctor for which a supplementary affidavit has also been filed.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
