This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.821 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One 9 MM loaded pistol with cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2023.

The petitioner is accused in ten more criminal cases which includes three cases of murder. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26343 of 2026(2) dt.06-05-2026 2/2 against the petitioner and also his antecedents, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
