The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent No. 2/ the Bihar State University Service Commission, in not awarding marks to the petitioner under the category 'teaching experience' in a selection held for the post of Assistant Professor (Physics), pursuant to an advertisement dated 21.09.2020 issued by the Commission. It has been submitted that the selection process for the post of Assistant

Patna High Court CWJC No.6621 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 Professor (Physics), pursuant to the advertisement dated 21.09.2020 has been concluded on 30.09.2024, whereby the Commission has published the select list.

3. None of the selected candidates vide the select list dated 30.09.2024, published by the Commission have been added as respondent in the present writ petition.

4. In view of the above, since the recruitment for the post of Assistant Professor (Physics) pursuant to an advertisement dated 21.09.2020 has been concluded by a publication of select list dated 30.09.2024 by the Commission and none of the selected candidates having been made a party to the writ petition, I am of the view that no relief sought for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition can be granted by this Court and the writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
