2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Daniawan P.S. Case No. 259 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with Lalan Singh in the year 2010. Thereafter, her matrimonial inmates used to inflict atrocities on her. On 02.10.2023 at about 06:00 am, the informant came to know that the accused persons, named in the FIR, had concealed the dead body of his daughter after killing her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the petitioner is cousin brother of husband of the deceased and he has no concern with the alleged occurrence. He has also submitted that the

No.23700 of 2024(3) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 independent witnesses in paragraph nos. 21 and 22 of the case diary did not make allegation against the petitioner of inflict atrocities on the victim. He has next submitted that the witnesses have stated that the husband of the deceased committed murder of the deceased and his family members had assisted the main accused in killing of daughter of the informant.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and also considering that the petitioner is a relative of husband of the deceased having no concern with dayto-day affairs of family of the deceased, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class Patna City in connection with Daniawan P.S. Case No. 259 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
