The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks from the date of lifting of the lockdown in the State of Bihar.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 364, 366A, 367, 370, 370A, 371, 372, 373, 376, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 of Immoral Traffic Act and Sections 4, 6, 12, 17 of POCSO Act

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20145 of 2020(3) dt.10-09-2020 2/2 and 75/18 of Children Justice Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons are involved in flash trading.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.62866 of 2019 and Cr.Misc.No.65770 of 2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. case No.305 of 2019.
