The petitioner is ready to deposit the fine amount and the matter may be settled before the Lok Adalat. On these grounds, the learned counsel submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous application with liberty to move before the court below or any appropriate forum as may be advised at appropriate stage.
