The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 322/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Rakesh Ranjan Raja with Sohat which caused injury on his back. Bablu Yadav is alleged to have indiscriminately assaulted Rakesh Ranjan Raja with lathi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Bablu Yadav has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 14431/16. Rakesh Ranjan Raja although got eight injuries, but all injuries are simple in nature.

Case No. 322/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
